1.1 Upon sign-up and return of paperwork, you will be provided with complete, easy-to-follow instructions on how to promote and generate traffic to the site, plus back-office codes to track activities and monies earned.
2.1 Site owner is solely responsible for promoting the site only. 420 Ganja Business handles all other transactions and responsibilities.
3.1 420 Ganja Business grants to promoter rights to use graphics or any other material owned by 420 Ganja Business for the sole purpose of marketing and promoting.
3.2 A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted during the term of this Agreement. The promoter may not alter or modify the web site without prior permission.
The site owner will receive 20-45% of the net profit of sales as an advertising fee. Payments are issued on the 15th and at the end of every month. Product is included with every package purchased.
Promoter warrants that they advertise a lawful site and have the requisite power to enter this Agreement. Promoter must be at least 18 years of age.
420 Ganja Business makes no warranties regarding performance and disclaims all implied warranties. No refunds once the site is live and operational.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 420 Ganja Business from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 18. Use of the Site by children is strictly prohibited.
